MSBA, formerly known as Phoenix Construction Group, was formed in 1967 as a turnkey Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Construction Company headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon. From this base of operations, the company originally served the entire Middle East market including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. The company expanded into Telecommunications, Broadcast Television, Aviation Electronics and Security Electronics.

In 1973, Phoenix moved its headquarters to Windsor, U.K. located just outside of London. This remained the base of operations until 1982 when Phoenix consolidated its facilities and relocated to McLean, Virginia, U.S.A. The company currently operates at multiple centers throughout the United States and Europe, and is presently reestablishing itself in the Middle East via the United Arab Emirates.

MSBA has a wealth of engineering and technology production capabilities with a focus on special systems design and integration for residential, industrial and commercial applications. Because of its broad scope of expertise, MSBA has the ability to provide many specialized applications. Such applications include a number of construction and engineering disciplines, high-tech security applications, technology services, and communication systems.
